Ok, I’m going to post a few photos that show how much fun we had this year at Thanksgiving. I just love my family!! I don’t only mean my blood relatives but, people who have invested in me and my family and taken us in as their own. I have endless love and gratitude for these people.
At any rate, we started the day off at my mom’s where she made this REALLY delicious clam chowder from scratch. It was unbelievable. She hasn’t cooked like that is so long…it’s a crime. Later, we made our way down to Elk Grove, after stopping back by our house so we could change Cylas because he stuck himself into the salsa bowl at my mom’s. In Elk Grove we continued our feast at the Cianchetta’s. What a super family they are!! We love them so much. They served up a wonderful turkey dinner with all the fixings. David got lost upstairs with Kyle. Call of Duty 4 converted him into a sniper for about 3 hours. But, while the boys were upstairs turning their head to mush, the girls were downstairs partyin’ hearty!! After a few hours with the Cianchetta’s we drove to the Bertram’s house. And there we stayed for the remainder of the night. The food was juuuust delectable! Of course, I abstained from stuffing myself. (I reeeeallly wanted to though). We played fast scrabble, pool and talked until about 10 at night. It was such a warm feeling that surrounded my heart while being there. I just love my extended families!! And I thank them from the deepest part of me for their love in return…
Thank you God for giving to me something that is endless…
