I usually nix the olives because I hate them…and for the salsa I’ve found that Herdez is just right! Keep in mind you can spice up the inside of the enichis with either mild, medium or hot salsa…if that’s the case then lay off the cayenne and hot sauce! You’ll get raves with this recipe. I promise!
